TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all lessons and services provided by English with Ben.

1. Services

English lessons are provided online and are tailored to individual learning goals.

2. Booking & Payment

• Lessons must be booked in advance

• Payment is required at the time of booking

• Lesson packages must be used within their validity period

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or missed lessons may be charged in full

4. Lesson Packages

• Packages (e.g. 4 or 12 lessons) include a set number of sessions

• Packages are valid for a limited time (e.g. 3–6 months)

• Unused lessons after expiry may be forfeited

5. Responsibility

Progress depends on:

• Attendance

• Participation

• Practice outside lessons

Results may vary between learners.

6. Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during lessons. Inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
